Pouākai Adopt a Team

Entry into the Pouākai Adopt a Team promotion confirms acceptance of these terms and conditions:
1) Entry is open to eligible basketball teams located in Christchurch and the wider Canterbury region. 2) Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries may be removed. The winning team will receive up to 20 season passes to Mainland Pouākai regular-season home games. 3) Season passes do not include playoff or final games. 4) Children under 14 must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult when attending games. The accompanying adult may use one of the team’s allocated season passes. 5) The winning team may be photographed or filmed as part of the promotion. Before participating, all players—and a parent or legal guardian for every player under 18—must consent to photographs and video being used across Mainland Pouākai and CRBF social media, websites, email marketing and other promotional channels. 6) The winning team may be asked to provide its team name, club or school, player details and photographs for promotional purposes. 7) Season passes may not be exchanged for cash or resold. 8) The winner will be contacted using the details supplied with the entry. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within the timeframe advised, Mainland Pouākai reserves the right to select another winner. 9) Mainland Pouākai reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entry that is incomplete, misleading, inappropriate or does not comply with these terms and conditions. 10) Mainland Pouākai may amend, suspend or cancel the promotion if circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary. 11) Personal information collected through the promotion will be used to administer the promotion, communicate with entrants and, where permission has been given, provide future Mainland Pouākai news and offers. 12) The promoter is the Canterbury Regional Basketball Foundation, trading as Mainland Pouākai. The promoter’s decision regarding the promotion is final.
